When exporting a still from a 4k project I get a white or transparent picture (depending on the chosen file type). Does anyone know if there's a solution to this problem?

What format is your original media and what are your project settings?

The only original media in the frame I want to export is a .jpg picture.
Settings are: 23.98i / 3840x2160 / ProRes422.
There is no 4K interlaced format. Are you sure that's the setting you're using? Is the playhead over the frame you want to export? Can't reproduce the problem you're seeing.
holy mahogany, yeah, apparently final cut didn't mind there was no such format. I changed it to deinterlaced an it worked. thxalot
