Greeting

i also have this problem with all three of my iPhone5s.

all of three my iPhone has this problem that when i want to set touch id for use,say to me:

"failed

unable to complete Touch ID setup

Please go back and try again"

andNow my question is that the problem is hardware or software problem?

my version of iOS is 9.2
