Apple TV will not recognize multiple different Apple IDs or Passwords.

Our Apple TV will not recognize my Apple ID and password or my husband's Apple ID and password. We have logged out and logged back in, reset the settings, installed an update, checked the location, checked the web security settings, unplugged and restarted, disconnected the wireless and plugged into ethernet. We are running out of things to try. Both of our Apple ID's work on our respective laptops, phones, and ipads but neither of them work on the Apple TV so it has to be a problem with the Apple TV. Please Help!

All Apple TV's are the same, your connection problems are most likely a result of your network, try your Apple TV in another location to confirm this.
