My Iphone is still in the recovery mode and I don't know if there is a way to restart it without losing my photos? I made the last backup months ago...:(((

    Hi Ouadia,

Yes - if you had automatic backups turned on, then any time that it was plugged in and connected to Wifi, it would back up.

Once you have completed the Recovery process, you will be able to see the iCloud backups available:

    RESTORE FROM ICLOUD BACKUP

And, again, if you had Photo Stream turned on, then you should have the last 1000 photos showing.

Also, do you have a Mac? If so, go to iPhoto and once it is open, click on Preferences under the iPhoto menu item at the top. Then click on Photo Stream. If you click the options shown below, your Photo Stream photos will automatically upload and import to iPhoto every month:

    Thanks Gail.

I have another issue now. The restoring process stops and iTunes displays the follow error message :

"There was a problem downloading the software for the iPhone. The network connection was reset"

I tried 3 times and each time, It stoped and displayed this message.

My interent connection is Ok though

    Hi Quadia,

Try the troubleshooting steps in this article. Sound like you are losing connections during the process:

A word of caution - Photo Stream in iCloud only stgores a maximum of 1000 photos, before it starts deleting the oldest photos first.

Actually, Photostream stores a lot more than that.  The 1000 photo limit is what is viewable on your iOS device.  Once you take photo #1001, then photo #0001 is no longer viewable on the iOS device, but it is still part of your Photostream.
