I need to clear my balance in my apple ID bacause i want to change my region, USA to Thailand. My apple id is ******my balance has $1.60 i need to clear becuase i need to change back to my country

Please stop type with a black background and white text, it is almost impossible to read

They might be able to help you at http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/

Also you should not post your email address on a public forum such as this one. I asked the Host to edit it for your protection.
