Apr 23, 2014 1:04 PM in response to Celestinefromgbrby vazandrew,★HelpfulHow long has it been running? Wait a bit and then backout and reboot the system. If on wifi try ethernet, make sure DNS is on automatic. If it persists restore the unit.

Apr 25, 2014 1:02 PM in response to vazandrewby gauthierfromgöteborg,I have the same problem. I stopped the update to watch netflix, then restarted the update with the same effect. If it was a network issue I wouldn't have been able to watch a movie, would I?
@Celestinefromgbr: did you solve your problem?

Apr 25, 2014 2:32 PM in response to gauthierfromgöteborgby Celestinefromgbr,Yes, I solved the problem by going into settings....general...then clicking on Restart, after the box re-boots it worked stright away. Try it, it worked for me.
