Error 4010 for 2 weeks now

I know I'm not the only one with this problem but does anyone have a fix? I've rebooted, unplugged router, shift+store on/off, updated genius, even deleleted songs and reimported them around time of first failure. Nothing. Perhaps the most frustrating issue is apple support. They don't give a crap about this. You can't email ro call support unless it's a billing issue, and i've asked if they could forward anything i've sent to an engineer and nothing.


Today I deleted Google Music Manager (a FREE and RELIABLE program apple -IT CAn be done) to see if that helps but no dice......


Seriously Apple-it's only 25 bucks but you need to respect our patronage and support your ****** products.
