Timecode "ruler" not above timeline

Timecode "ruler" not above timeline

One of my students does not have the timecode "ruler" appearing above their timeline. I could not find this feature in "preferences" nor in "settings."

Mind you , timecode IS indicated in the HUD, but NOT in the "strip" above the timeline.

How can we make this appear?

Hi

I have this problem from time to time as well. Sometimes closing the Library and re-opening it will bring back the timeline rulers, othertimes I have to reboot the app, and other times the whole machine. Submot a bug report to apple via the send feedback menu, and it can join the two I've already sent.
