I purchased Lion 10.7, received code and redeemed. Powerbook indicated the upgrade was downloading, but it has not. How do I find out how to re download. The dmg is not on my download files.

Do really mean PowerBook, which we PowerPC based CPUs, and cannot be upgraded beyond 10.5.8
If you really have an intel based MacBook, then the "Install Mac OS X Lion" 10.7 installer should be in the Applications folder.

I do have an intel-based MacBook Pro, but after checking my applications, system and library files, I could not find a file "install Mac OS X 10.7" anywhere. I sent an email to the Apple Support Team. Thanks for your input.
