Q: My iPod nano 7th generation is stuck on the language screen...

My iPod nano 7th generation is stuck on the language screen, does not registar clicking "done".  I have restored iTunes, restored iPod many times, checked usb ports, followed the directions for resetting for error 1415, cleaned out the ports on the iPod.  Has anyone had this problem, and how did you fix it?

Hi there, this does most likely not require a total restore of ipod. Let's try this: Hold your home button and sleep/wake button down until apple logo appears, then turn on, or do what else is necessary, and the ipod should be unfrozen, hope I helped, ~Samuel

Try restoring it on a different computer.

I had this problem, and tried everything. Finally, I made an appointment at the genius bar. I can't speak for everyone with this problem, but mine was the voice over having been activated (adaptability feature for those with sight disabilities). The touch screen was no longer responsive to single touch. It takes patience, but double tap to navigate. Go to settings - Accessibility and disable the voice over. I've been fighting with this forever, and finally it's a non-issue. Good luck.
