Hey guys I ain't to good on computers just won't to no if I can verify my account with out a computer and how do I update my iPhone 4 it's 2nd hand so I just thought you'd can help plz

And also the conection I got on this iPhone 4 is really crap I don't think it's right so plz let me know asap
