My Facetime will not connect on any of my devices (iPad 3, iPhone 4, MacBook Pro)

My facetime does not seem to be working for any of my devices at the moment. It does connect to some people at certain times but also does not allow me to connect to others. This is an issue on all three of my Apple devices. The problem began to occur after I unlocked my iPhone 4 and had to restore the phone. Is there any suggestions to help me get back on Facetime?

iPad Air Wi-Fi, iOS 7.1.1

Judging by all the posts on the forum, there seems to be an issue at Apple's end, although they have made no announcement on their status page. Some users have reported that Apple is aware of the issue. Sadly, we have to wait for Apple to provide some sort of update/fix. You can leave feedback for Apple at the link below.
