Question

Apple IIgs- 50% there

hi
i have an original Apple IIgs computer/w monitor and disk drive, but does anyone know where i can find:
A) software disk
B) original keyboard
C) original mouse
i am looking mainly for info (name of keyboard/mouse, system software number, etc.) and where to find it closest to alberta, canada

Imac intel core duo, Mac OS X (10.4.7)

note: os disk i'm looking for should be on 5.25" disk

The original software came on a 3.5 floppy. School districts and thrift stores will have components. You will have to use ebay or keep your eyes open. Good luck, Jim

IF you have got an older Mac with floppy-drive and Internet,you can download system software from Apple Older Softwarelist and make the disks(Up to G3,OS 9 1 believe)

districts and thrift stores will have components.
You will have to use ebay or keep your eyes open.

sorry, i was just looking around and found out that 3.5 holds more! i thought it was the opposite!

unfortunately, i had kept it in my garage till i found everything it needs, and i had a garagesale and someone saw it and wanted it, i told him it was not for sale (it was behind the partition for stuff not for sale) but he offerd a lot of money so i couldn't refuse.
so that solved the problems of not having the parts and not being able to afford them.

If you also have and like your intel mac, that is not an unfortunate story at all! The limitations of Apple II technology compared to Mac OS X would drive you nuts.
