I have an Ipod touch 4th Gen and it won't turn on. I have tried to do a hard reset and nothing happens and I have also connected it to my laptop and still no response. There is no serial number on the back of the unit as indicated on the Website.
My Ipod touch fourth gen will not turn on. I have tried to hard reset it to no avail and I have also connected it to my computer and it does NOT show up to do a reset either. I have tried every fix on the Apple website to no avail. I get nothing but a black screen. What should I try now?
