i was wondering what i may do because when i FaceTime my girlfriend it hangs up when she answers

Spencer05, I have the same problem with my ProMac. My girlfriend has an I.Pad 2,but when I call her on my I.phone 4s,there is no problem,whenever I ring her or when she rings me. This problem only started 3 days ago.😠

Apple has released a document which is reported to address the FaceTime issue.

with reference to stedman1 reply re the support.apple/TS5419,this does not apply to my MacPro because it is using Mac OS X 10.6.8.,but I have not received any info as to how to rectify my problem.
