Cant select location

Cant select location

My apple tv wont allow me to select location. I have reset back to factory setting but wont allow me to select my location and cannot sign in to my itunes store

AppleTV 2, OS X Mavericks (10.9.2)

Is there an error? What happens when you attempt to set location? What store are you trying to access?

it doesnt show location options. I am currently in Mexico but use the US itunes store.

My mexican itunes wont work either.

The location is set via settings - iTunes
