Q: When I select mail icon at bottom of ipad I get an unable to connect to server message

Whent I select mail icon at botom of ipad I get an unable to connect to server message.

Also I can't email videos taken with ipad

iPad (3rd gen) Wi-Fi, iOS 7.1.1
