i am having trouble downloading an email gift of music ?

i received two email gifts songs from my mother today.. i can not redeem them.. i am having great difficulty.. please help

when i click on the redeem button in the email it takes me to the itunes download page.. i already have itunes..installed correctl on my laptop.. i really would like to redeem my gifts.. please help me thank you
