What displays work with current mini?
I have 27" Apple display with mini display port. Will it work with thunderbolt Mac mini?

Yes. Just plug it into the Thunderbolt port on the Mini. The Thunderbolt post supports video (and audio on the newer model Minis) via a mini display port connector
