Q: hotel wifi

So I'm trying to get my Apple TV to work on hotel Wifi. It says its connected but it will not work. Now when I get on it with my Macbook I have to put in my room etc to get connected. Is there a way I can get my Apple Tv to work? I have a Iphone5 as well. Just wanna hook up to my Mac so I can listen to my music and movies already purchased

    Most of the time, the ATV will not work with any hotel Wi-Fi or any other Wi-Fi network that requires logging in via a web browser.

     

    Contact whomever supports the Wi-Fi network and see if they can add the devices MAC address to the whitelist.  This may allow the device to connect.
