Cannot connect to the iTunes store on all devices?

Whenever I'm going to do something with iTunes it just keeps on loading and says "Cannot connect to the iTunes store" on ALL of my apple devices. I think it's my account that has something. I've reset my phone, turned it off and on, etc. and it still won't work. When I download apps, I click the "free" button then "install" and it will load and it will just cycle back to the "free" button again! Please help. Because of this all of my files are deleted from my iPhone 5, and I can't restore because I need to turn "find my iPhone" in my iCloud off but I can't because it needs my apple id and when I sign it in, it says "Cannot connect to the iTunes store", on my mac it says "We could not complete your iTunes store request.". All of my devices are also updated to their latest version.
