Camera, App Store, Safari not working after iOS 7.1 Update

Hello there

I have recently updated from iOS 7.0 to iOS 7.1. And after that I have lost a lot of apps from the device such as: Camera, Safari, App Store probably a few more.

I am not able to see the above mentioned apps anywhere on the phone, even the spotlight search does not gives these up. After this upgrade any app based on camera is not working as the camera is not working. I am not able to remove any application.

What I think the issue can be is the Update was not downloaded completely and I have executed it pre maturely. Now I have upgraded it to 7.1.1 in the hope to get it in order, but that too didn’t help.
