I tried to purchase an app for my IPad with a gift card that only had 85 cents on it. It of course wouldn't take and now I can't cancel the info. It won't allow me to order any more apps or upgrade my old apps and the purchase info won't cancel or erase.

I cannot order new apps or upgrade old apps. iPad keeps asking for info for a card I no longer use and it won't csncel.
