Upgrade from 10.6.8 to 10.7 or later

I am having MAC OSX 10.6.8 on my MACBook.
I want to upgrade it to MAC OSX 10.7 or later. Please provide me download link. I have found some article for same, but it cost $19.99. I have licence of MAC OSX 10.6.8, Is there any free upgradation available?
