VISA Electron Cards / Palestine

Almost the same issue.. I have a valid Visa Internet Shopping Card I use frequently to buy stuff online but because Palestine isnt listed in the country menu I cant seem to be able to use it in the App Store.

Please respond to this ASAP.

There isn't currently an iTunes store in Palestine, until if/when Apple open one you won't be able to download any iTunes content - part of the store's terms is that you have to be in a country to use its store, so you won't be able to use another country's store. Prepaid cards also tend not to be accepted, part of the validation for cards is that they need to be registered to the same name and address as on the iTunes account
