iMac memory installation problem

Hi,

I'm trying to install a memory upgrade into a 20-inch 2007 iMac Model identifier: iMac 7,1 2007 model.

AFAIK, it should use SODDR 667Mhz PC5300 modules.

It currently uses one 1GB module.

I'm installing TWO 2 GB modules, but as soon as I install the module and boot the Mac, I get a panic grey screen with the following report, that I guess has something ot do with the 2GB memory modules.

I have already installed memory modules into other Macs, I think I know how to do it (and BTW, on this iMac it's pretty impossible to install memory modules the wrong way, I think...).

What's wrong?

Ram was bought from a trusted seller in Italy, already worked with them successfully, they're Mac and memory specialist (www.buydifferent.it), guaranteed Mac compatible.

RAM is 667 mhz, not stated as multi-speed.

What brand is the RAM?

Is it correct spec of 667mHz or stated as multi-speed capable?
