I am currently deplying the Apple Configurator Application.
Is it possible to let the iPads that we've deployed under our clients to update automatically when they are NOT in our building.
I.E our client is currently at his home, is it possible to push an Update to his device?
If so how, or do you have any advice?

Updates for what? Apps? iOS? If your using configurator theres an option to allow users to install iOS updates, if your not talking iOS updates the answer can be a bit murky, are you wanting to let users install the updates from the app store? Or are you wanting to push updates to the iPad controlled by you? Do you want users to be able to install app/iOS updates at all? Need more info to answer your question.
if you wish to push updates to devices not on your network you'll have to use an MDM solution.
ios 7 will automatically update apps if enabled
