Aux tracks added at the Concert level do not appear in other patches

I added an Aux track at the Concert level. This is used to provide routing so that the Looper input would see bus effects from the source track. I had existing patches in the concert. When I add the track at the concert level, I get a warning that the track will be added to all the patches - which is exactly what I want. But the Aux track isn't added to all the patches, only one.

Are the patches somehow not associated with the concert?

Are changes at the concert level only inherited by patches when the patch is created?

If so, is there a way to resync the patches so they pick up changes at the concert level?
