Where do I find or get PGP key for my software update?
iPhone 3G, iOS 7.1.1
Not sure what you mean by "PGP" key.
You need to enter the four digit passcode that you enter when you start your iPad or awaken it from sleep after an Autolock. If you do not remember the passcode you will have to restore the device. Here's a link to what to do when you forgot your passcode.
What gave you the idea there is one or that you would have any use for a decryption key for something already installed in your device?
One thing for sure, you don't have an iPhone 3G with iOS 7.1.1 installed as per your profile!
