Q: I have an iphone 5c. It only buzzes and not rings. I checked the ring tone and it is loud. The do not disturb is not on. Can you pkease tell me what else to check so tht my phone rings? Thank you.

Please respond to use of iphone 5c that only buzzes. Ring tone is on high. Do not disturb is off. Airplane mode off.
