iPhoto gives me weird photos after being transferred into finder. Its like lines everywhere all over the photos! DO HELP PLEASE

what versios of iPHoto and of the OS? Exactly how are you exporting to the finder?

as a test launch iPhoto while depressing the option key and create a new test library - import a few photos into this test library - are these results repeated in the test library? -- switch back to the normal library by launching iPhoto while depressing the option key again and using the select library window

As a test launch iPhoto with the Option key held down and create a new, test library. Import some photos and test to see if the same problem persists. Does it?

i have tried launching a new test library and exported some photos and the results were normal. however, when i switched back to my normal library and tried to transfer photos into finder, in the same way i did for my test library, the photos were shocking.

The fact that it workd with a new library and fails with yoru existing library indicates an issue with your library - Back up your iPhoto library, Depress and hold the option (alt) and command keys and launch iPhoto - rebuild your database
