A new update has come up on my phone, when asked to download Iwas asked for a product security #. I don't have it in my files.
Help please!

What exactly is the message?
It is not a Security or product number. You need to enter the four digit passcode that you use when turning the iPad on or waking it from sleep after an Auto Lock. If you cannot remember your passcode or find where you stored your passcode then you will have to restore your device.
