Thank you, norm123. I discovered through the Internet Service Provider that the email I was inquiring about is POP3 and therefore not able to configure on the iPad. Yes, it was downloaded to Thunderbird and no longer on the web host server. Not only that, the iPad I have does not support configuring POP mail.
