It was updated last night and fully charged. I was getting messages. I fell asleep for an hour now the phone is dead and wont turn on or charge or anything.

Hold down the home/sleep button together until you see the apple logo and then release, then wait for the phone to boot back up.

Nothing happens when i do that
I am experiencing same problem after the IOS 7.1.2 update my phone will not charge and is completely dead now even though when I put it on charge it is showing its in charging mode!!!
My phone was fine now it turned off and wont turn back on anybody else have this problem?
