Q: Apps a stuck in waiting

Just bought a new Iphone. The backup from my old phone installed and almost all apps dowlaoded. A few apps a stuck in the waiting mode. The apps cannot be deleted. They can be opened from the apps store but the icons stay stuck in "waiting".

iPhone 5s, iOS 7.1.1
