Q: Have just created an icloud account and now I cannot send emails from my iphone 4 as it says server does not allow relaying.  How can I fix this?

I am unable to send emails from my iphone since I have created an icloud account.  A message appears, 'server does not allow relaying'.  Am not sure what this means.

iPhone 4S, iOS 7.1
