Three days ago I bought a new iPhone 5s from AT&T. Today, the following problem has happened over and over. The Intrenet will stop working, whether I'm connected to wifi or using cellular data. When I restart my phone, it will work again.
Anyone know what this is? Or what might fix it? Thanks.

Try this:
Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset network settings
Thanks for the response. I started to do this, but my iPhone warned me that doing so will delete all my settings and return to default settings. What consequences will this have? Will I lose anything? Thanks!!

You need Reset network settings, not reset all settings. The only thing you will lose is WiFi passphrases.
Once you tap reset there are several options. One of them is reset network settings. That option will only erase your network settings and will not affect all other settings on your iPhone.
The consequence is that you will have to introduce again your Wifi password connections but it will be well worth that trouble if you manage to solve the problem.
No other data will be lost.
