Display interference Wifi signal

i find an interference in the WIFI signal when display is ON vs SLEEP - see pic - interference is ~30sec cycle and sometimes does not appear but has been consistent with DISPLAY ON/SLEEP modes.

there is no change in WIFI signal from FIOS router - i tested adjacent PC and no variation - also this affect occurs in multiple locations so not dependent on anything that i have determined.

Display sleep - was per computer not induced - there was no change in cyclic pattern
