Q: I'm not getting my apple security reset email

I've been trying ever sense I got my iPhone 5c.

I've constantly checked my email and get nothing no matter how many times I send the email.

Does anyone have an answer for me?

    If it's not in a spam filter, you need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, clicking here and picking a method for your country, and filling out and submitting this form.

     

    They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.
