restauration fails with unknown error (3104).

since last iOS update to 7.1.., my iPOD touch (4g) is blocked in restauration mode, but restauration fails with unknown error (3104). Cann anyone help. Thanks

If it was error 3014 then

Resolve communication issues

Related errors: 17, 1004, 1013, 1638, 3014, 3194, 3000, 3002, 3004, 3013, 3014, 3015, 3194, or 3200. These alerts refer to gs.apple.com, say "There was a problem downloading the software," or say the "device isn't eligible for the requested build."

Check the hosts file or TCP/IP filtering, which might cause communication issues between iTunes, ports, and servers.

i tested on two separate machines (laptop W7/32 and desktop W7/64) with same results:

restauration not possible due to an unknown error (3104)

Hosts Files are ok

when i start my iPod, after the apple screen it shows USB cable + iTunes icon

when i connect Itunes open and says iTunes detectet an iPod in restore mode. You must restore this iPod so it can be used by iTunes OK

then i click restore this iPod, then restore and update,programm loads and ends with message

iPod could not be restored due to an unknown error (3104)

now what can i do ?
