My son has two Clash of Clans games going on two different devices that are on the same Apple ID. One is on our iPad and one is on is iPod touch. We now have an iPad Mini and want to put the COC game from his iPod, which we have spent a lot of money on, onto the iPad mini, but it always reverts to putting the bad game that we have not spent any money on onto the new mini iPad. How can we put the one on his iPod on our iPad mini?
I have tried to back-up his iPod touch via our iTunes account and restore the mini iPad as a version of his iPod, but this did not work.
The GameCenter ID is the same on both devices. The only difference I can tell is that the GameCenter version on his iPod touch seems to be an older version. We cannot upgrade it though.
We have spent a lot of money on the COC version on his iPod, so we would prefer to put that game on our mini iPad or even on the older iPad if we could only delete it.
Does anyone have any idea on how to help? I have spent so much time trying to figure out how to fix it.
