I try to update new software but it is always regarding for pin code. How could I find that?

Hi,

I try to update new software which is IOS 7.1.1 on my iPad Air but it is always regarding for some pin code which I really don't know. How could I find that one?

It's asking for the passcode that you use to lock/unlock your iPad.

The passcode is the four digit number that you enter after an Autolock on your device or when you first turn it on. If you can't remember that code you'll have to restore your iPad before you can do the update.
