If you have already started or done the install, there is nothing you can do...you cannot revert back to the previous iOS version once upgraded.

You can restore from a backup once the restore is complete in iTunes.
If you have no backups, you can re-download many of your apps through the App Store.

When an iOS device, your iPhone, enters recovery mode it erases all content and settings. You can only restore to a clean iOS at that point. You need to continue by connecting to a computer with iTunes and follow the directions in http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1808 since you were in the iOS update process.
You can restore your music and apps by going to the iTunes and App Store, respectively, and redownload through the Purchases for each.

Apr 29, 2014 4:19 PM in response to Lyssaby yoyoamazayn,I restored it but unfortunately my last backup was about a month ago:( so i lost one month's data.. No worry if you backup your iphone frequently, all the data can be restored from your backup:)
