Q: I have sadly dropped my Iphone 4s and have lost the ability to use the touch screen - have been trying to import my photos from the phone to my laptop windows 8 and am unable to as the locked device is stopping the download - any ideas ? thanks

I have dropped my Iphone 4s and have lost the ability to use the touch screen - this is an issue as when trying to download my photos I am not able to as the locked device ie phone is stopping me from downloading - have very basic understanding of computers so any assistance would be appreciated !
