Is any body having problems with apple password not working to install the latest update that came today? I reset the password, still didn't 't work, I shut down and restarted and lastly I deleted all cookies in Safari. I'm stumped!

Is any body having problems with apple password not working to install the latest update that came today? I reset the password, still didn't 't work, I shut down and restarted and lastly I deleted all cookies in Safari. I'm stumped!

Trying to install the new update for i07 that came today. Would not take my apple password so I changed it, still didn't work. I then shut down and restarted, then I deleted all cookies in Safari still no! Very frustrating! Anybody else having problems?

iPad 2, iOS 7.1

Use the 4-digit code that you use to wake/unlock your ipad not your appleID

The passcode you need is the four digit number that you enter after an Autolock on your device or when you first turn it on. If you can't remember that code you'll have to restore your iPad before you can do the update.
