Find a friend who has Lion or maybe Mtn lion and follow the path I have circled in the picture to locate the.

Beach.slideSaver file. Copy it to a thumb drive.  Then copy it from the thumb drive to the same path Screen Savers folder on your Mac.

I don't know anyone with Lion or Mountain Lion, only a couple of people with MACs.

Any other way?  Can I find it on Google?

    Thanks!

It is likely one of the Macs of people that you know of has the Beach saver. I checked several older macs

( iBook, G4 Powerbook and MacBook ). These have system 10.6.8, 10.5.8, and 10.4.11 installed and all have the beach saver in the same location as I noted in the pictures above. If one of these Macs is running Tiger, Leopard, or Snow Leopard then you can try to copy and place the beach saver in your Mac.

These may not work though as the system software changes in recent years has made many of the older applications and utilities obsolete. It is worth a try as if it will not run then discard it into the trash.beach ss.jpg

I have asked around, everyone has upgraded to Maverick   I have Googled "default screen saver Mac", to no avail.

Apple has changed a lot since Steve Jobs passed away.

In El Capitan I'm seemingly not allowed to "paste" anything into the Screen Savers folder...suggestions?
