Problem when trying to upgrade OSX

Hi, when i am trying to update my osx lion to the new mavaricks, i get this pop-up:"There was an error in the App Store. Please try again later. (13". What does that mean? and how can i fix it? Thank you

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.4)

You may need to update Lion to 10.7.5 first before you go to Mountain Lion.

Apply the Combo updater, then try again. Remember, Mountain Lion is a big program; it takes some time.
