With new update of iBook, when I buy ibooks at the store, the downloads are either very slow, the screen freezers or the app turns off. I've try all of the solutions on the trouble shooter with no succeed. Any other sugestion

Welcome to the Support Communities!


I'm sorry to hear you are having issues with iBooks. Are you trying to download books to your Mac, an iPhone or an iPad?


The first thing I would suggest is to backup your iOS device or computer before troubleshooting.


Then log out of your iTunes Store Account, turn your device off and then on again, and see if the app is working normally.


If the issue still persists, delete the iBooks app from your computer or device and reinstall it. If you need to, you can re-download your purchased books:
