Q: ios 7.1.1 has killed my iphone 5s

Phone is now dead and no contact to talk to to fix a problem identified in UK!!

Wont recover when plugged into computer buttons pushed etc!!

Only saw there was a problem with the update AFTER I updated and it all went wrong!

Business phone so need it up now!!??

Is anything showing on the screen at all? The support document that you linked to the forum from should give you the answers that you need.

Connect the device to the computer and iTunes and restore as directed in the support document that you linked to the forum with. http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1808
