my ipad needs me to unlock my iCloud account but Apple has no record of this account any longer. How do I fix this?
I am posting this under my new iCloud account. In order to convert my iPad to my new iCloud account I have to disable the old one. Yet not only does the password not work but Apple doesn't have my DOB, and seems to think the account itself is gone. How do I fix this?
